Thanks for your interest in my designs! My designs are professional graphics created in 300ppi resolution that result in a high quality print. These graphics are typically available as .jpg and .png file formats making them compatible with the majority of photo editing programs.By purchasing this digital product, you are obtaining a NON-TRANSFERABLE “license to use” these graphic images and designs. All copyrights are retained by the original creator of the file, Denise Duggan. All graphic images are copyrighted by Denise Duggan, unless otherwise noted, with all rights reserved. You may not sell,assign, license, disclose, distribute, or otherwise transfer or make available the digital files, in whole or in part, or any copies of the digital files in any form to any third parties. This includes forums, blogs, private messaging, file sharing sites, email groups and chat rooms. If you wish to let people in these sites know about these files, please direct them to my blog at http://DesignsByCrazyDiamond.blogspot.com.

The use of actions, templates or other digital products by other digital designers may have been used in the creation of my kits. These are used with appropriate licensing and permission. Please abide by the below terms and remember to always credit me, Denise Duggan, as the designer. Please do not alter these papers/elements and claim them as your own.

YOU MAY:

• Submit your scrapbook layouts to online galleries as long as proper credit is listed.
  
• You may submit your scrapbook layouts using these designs to online or print publications so long as credit is given. This includes altered graphics.
  
• You may print a hardcopy of content to be used in your personal scrapbooking projects.
  
• You may make one copy of these graphics for backup purposes ONLY.
  
• You must also copy all copyright/terms of use notices on this single back-up copy.
  
• When you use my products, please give proper credit. Examples of proper credit are:
  Designs by Crazy Diamond, Kit Name, Name of Element. Where allowed please link back to my blog at http://DesignsByCrazyDiamond.blogspot.com.

YOU MAY NOT:

• You may NOT claim graphics or altered graphics as your own.
  
• You may NOT incorporate these graphics into any web design/sites, templates.
  
• You may NOT use these graphics to create downloadable (printable) crafts.
  
• You are NOT allowed to resell, sublicense or otherwise make available the graphic(s) for use or distribution separately or in a format designed or intended for permanent storage or re-use by others.
  
• You may NOT use any graphic(s) from this zip file to create obscene, defamatory, or immoral works. Nor is it permitted to use content (graphic(s)) for any other purpose which is prohibited by law.
  
• You may NOT use graphics (free or paid) in any online collections, CD ROM’s, sold or distributed in any way including sharing via e-mail, groups, newsgroups, chats, etc.

SCRAP FOR HIRE: Permission is granted FREE of Charge!!

• Finished scrapbook pages, cards and craft projects using my designs must be provided to your customers as a tangible product (i.e., a print) or a flattened .jpg or .png file.
• If using my designs to scrapbook for others, the finished layout for customers must contain photos. Quick pages or templates for sale in any form (printed or digital) is not allowed.
  If your business has an online store or gallery for featuring your layouts or crafts, proper credits must be listed if showing works with my designs. No downloadable (printable) crafts are allowed.
• ***This does not cover professional photographers. You will need a separate professional license which can be purchased for $25 per kit directly from me. This license will not expire or need to be renewed after purchase.

I, Denise Duggan, am not responsible to any person, organization or business for any loss and/or damages incurred from the use of these products.
